1. Introduction

Welcome to JW Digital Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web design and website build services within New Zealand. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Provided

JW Digital Services provides high-quality digital solutions including but not limited to:

• Custom Web Design and Development
• Website Maintenance and Support

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your project, you agree to provide timely feedback, provide necessary content and assets, and maintain clear communication throughout the development process. JW Digital Services is not liable for delays caused by missing client assets or approvals.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in NZD and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Projects require a 50% deposit before commencement. Final balances are due upon site completion or prior to the website going live.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all invoices, the ownership of the final website design and code will be transferred to the client. JW Digital Services retains the right to use the project for promotional and portfolio purposes. We retain ownership of any pre-existing proprietary tools or software used in the build.

6. New Zealand Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
